Most asked
Usually within seconds of payment. You'll see it under My domains as soon as the registry confirms it, and we email you when it's done.
Three things:
- Unlocked: Remove the transfer lock at your current registrar.
- Auth code: Ask your current registrar for the EPP / authorization code.
- Older than 60 days: Registries block transfers in the first 60 days after registration or a previous transfer.
WHOIS is the public directory of domain owners. With privacy on, your name, address, email and phone are replaced with proxy details, so you get less spam and more privacy. A few registries (some country-code extensions) don't allow it.
Some names are priced by the registry or their current owner above the standard rate because they're short, dictionary words or otherwise in demand. We always label premium names and show the full price before you add them to your cart.
